HCS Group Home Manager

Job Summary: The HCS Group Home Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the A.C.T. HCS Group Home(s). The focus of this responsibility is in the area of employee supervision, staffing and work schedules, daily household activities (food/supplies) and day-to-day financial business. In addition, the HCS Group Home Manager is responsible for becoming familiar with and proper processing paperwork and reports involving the HCS Medicaid waiver programs. The HCS Group Home Manager works closely with the Director, HCS Programs to ensure that quality care and active treatment is provided by ensuring timely HCS Group Home staff evaluations, reports and appropriate training. The HCS Group Home Manager participates in the 24-hour on-call policy for the HCS Group Home(s). The HCS Group Home Manager must be available for flexible shifts and be easily accessible by cell phone should any A.C.T. staff need to contact them (A.C.T. provides a company-paid cell phone). The HCS Group Home Manager reports directly to the Director, HCS Programs. The HCS Group Home Manager will be evaluated on his/her Professional Behaviors during each evaluation period.
