ICF Group Home Manager

Job Summary: The ICF Group Home Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the A.C.T. ICF Group Home(s). The focus of this responsibility is in the area of employee supervision, staffing and work schedules, daily household activities (food/supplies) and day-to-day financial business. In addition, the ICF Group Home Manager is responsible for becoming familiar with and proper processing paperwork and reports involving the ICF Medicaid waiver programs. The ICF Group Home Manager works closely with the Director, ICF Programs to ensure that quality care and active treatment is provided by ensuring timely ICF Group Home staff evaluations, reports and appropriate training. The ICF Group Home Manager participates in the 24-hour on-call policy for the ICF Group Home(s). The ICF Group Home Manager must be available for flexible shifts and be easily accessible by cell phone should any A.C.T. staff need to contact them (A.C.T. provides a company-paid cell phone). The ICF Group Home Manager reports directly to the Director, ICF Programs. The ICF Group Home Manager will be evaluated on his/her Professional Behaviors during each evaluation period.
