Ability Connection announces its new program for intellectually and developmentally disabled children, ages 10-17, in Dallas County – In-Home Respite! Families with special needs children in Dallas County can now receive assistance with childcare in their own homes, by caregivers of their own choice. We hope this new program will reach additional families who may not be receiving any support at all, while we know more than 160,000 Texans with disabilities remain on the waitlist for programs and services.
