Job Summary: Responsible for providing care, supervision and training for HCS Programs clients in their place of residence in the community. The DCA is responsible for providing quality and safe attendant services in order that consumers can reach their greatest level of independence. Ensures that a clean and safe environment is maintained while following the Mission, Vision, Philosophies, Goals, Policies and Core Values of Ability Connection.
